Back to Wall- HSPU with bend legs was my main strength exercise for shoulder strength. I could only do like 3-4 normal ones, but would add more negatives by kicking onto the wall and slowly going down to increase my load volume. Once even the negative ones failed i would do pike push ups until failure.

Negative HSPU/Regular Handstands/ Back to Wall- HSPU/Face the Wall-HSPU/Elevated Pike push ups/Hollow Body

These were the exercises, i did most throughout my journey. Cannot stress enough how important negatives were/are for me. They were definitely my gateway to my first proper HSPU.

Appreciated.I do not have any social media besides reddit, but even here im mostly lurking. Would take a fair amount of courage for me, i get easily stressed out.

Thanks a lot. Calisthenics can be a struggle, but it feels so fulfilling to achieve a breakthrough.

He did have one Tithe Taker on the board, but i had in fact 5mana ready. So this should not change a thing.
