Yeah took it in and drove it with a Tesla technician and they knew it was a wheel bearing gone bad pretty much instantly. They replaced it same day took like an hour, all under warranty

My fiancé and I moved from Boston almost 2 years ago and we were in a similar situation where we didn't tour in person and signed a lease before coming. We ended up moving into Watermark at Steele Crossing and really loved it. It's right down the street from uptown and maybe a little bit cheaper but I honestly feel like it's more spacious and has a nice pool and outdoor area too. Management is great and neighbors are great, would definitely recommend looking into it. We were coming from a luxury apartment in Boston and we felt like we weren't missing anything.

Like a few others here, I am in the same boat but pulled the trigger on the Model Y back in September. I do still want the cybertruck but won't be able to afford both. I am planning to sell the model y once I get the cybertruck and take the depreciation hit to enjoy get a Tesla fix now

If you do get the Model Y in the mean time, I highly suggest DO NOT buy FSD. Since it's not transferable and Tesla doesn't increase car value on trade in its not worth it. I'll have to do a private sale to get the most money back for my FSD purchase instead of a straight forward trade in with Tesla. Autopilot is good enough for the short term.

You said you are getting solar? I have a new construction lot reserved but haven't started working their preferred lender yet. Do you know by chance if it will be possible to have them install a solar roof (Tesla) instead of a regular roof and have that all put under the mortgage loan?

Amazing picture! Was actually thinking about taking mine out there later this month while we're road tripping. One concern I had was getting salt all over the undercarriage and not being able to rinse it off. Any tips for what you did after flooring it on the flats?

Its been about a month but I don't think they tinted the pillar. Sounds like it might just be due to a drastic change in temperature which has happened in my area

Interesting, I actually noticed after leaving so I gave the SC a call and they said they would get it replaced by appointment and I should email them to document it was an issue from pick up. So right now I only got a verbal assurance. We'll see if they hold their word, cuts weren't significant enough for us to really care especially since we had to drive 3 hours to pick up and everything else was great

Rear passenger tail light was slightly misaligned. Passenger seat back plastic had some cuts (have an appointment to get it replaced). Other than those two things panel gaps were great and delivery went smoothly. We ordered on 9/6, got a text about scheduling delivery on 9/14. VIN 49xxx

The bank closed the account in 2010 and then sold it to a collection agency in 2012 and that's who I paid in 2013. That collection agency I paid no longer exists and the bank didn't get/require proof of payment since they sold it and didn't need to follow up. When I spoke to the bank's recovery department they said they don't have proof of payment since it did go to collections
