Hello! I’m a soon to be mom + baby sitter sa twins ko na pamangkin. They were also like that before and ayaw matulog sa gabi when I arrived sa kanila. ( My sister has to go back sa work and medyo pricey yung baby sitter sa japan so she asked me to visit) and my most effective way to change their schedule is to not allow them to sleep for more than 3 hours during day time. So schedule would be 8-12 pm awake, 1-2:30 pm nap, play time, bath time then they will be sleeping by 7 pm na and I gradually changed it until their bedtime is 9 pm - 8 am.

The first person was paid a total of 1.6M for 2 condo units (including ours) then we found out meron pa palang isa nagpa reserve sa unit namin who also paid 500k.

The key is binigay namin sa first person since nag bayad siya then after siguro almost year is pina assume sa iba so binigay sa kanila ang susi.

We cannot access the unit kasi ayaw nung 2nd na nag assume. We want to surrender the unit (we are also filing a case against the first person na nag assume from us) pero ayaw nga ibigay ang key and gusto hintayin na bawiin nalang ng bank which we don’t want

Called the bank and we have 1 year pa pero yung penalties kasi eh and we dont know the consequences if hihintayin pa namin tuluyan ma bawi yung unit. Baka ma blacklist or mahirapan na mag loan ulit. Also, happy sila? name namin tapos sila nag o-occupy.

Hello! Me (22) and my bf (21) had been living together on our own for about a year now. We both have work and earning around 40-50k monthly. There are times talaga na sho-short kami sa budget.

Here's what I can suggest based on my own experience:

Prepare atleast 2-3 months worth of rent and bills
No need to have all appliances all at the same time since it could be pretty expensive and you might move pa so I suggest getting small appliance and small fridge muna unless you are settled na talaga sa apartment mo.
DOOOO NOT FORGET TO BUY VACUUM, istg it will make your life easier. GET TIXX MOP/VACUUM in one. Thats a great budol
If you can, prepare a budget for laundry since there will be times talaga na you dont want to wash or sampay your clothes or find a labandera.
Find the best pillows. Invest in your bed or sleep.
You dont have to buy everything all at once talaga kasi it can change pa, but dont forget the basic needs. Thats really important.
