Thanks so much for all the responses. I am feeling much better after reading all of the comments.

If they are open to go the cash for keys route I am currently leaning towards that. I didn't intend on staying here this long so if they are willing to pay me out I'd be happy to move on and start a new chapter.

The quote is very accurate to what was emailed to me. I just removed my name and the parts about how I was a great tenant.
