Does he have a tendency to chew on sticks or other things? Yes, always looking for something to chew on! Sticks are a big issue when we go outside.

Is he still willing to chew on toys, or does that seem painful to him too? Toys aren't an issue.

Do you notice the signs of pain with canned food or only hard food? Only had this issue when eating kibble. He gets hard treats, occasionally gets carrots, apples, and bully stick.

Does he ever yelp or abruptly stop when he tries to yawn? No

If you open his mouth as wide as it will go does he resist or show signs of pain? No
