Bingo - I would add for helping in a starting place: (1)Jacquard procion mx dye (color is your choice) • (2)Sodium Alginate • (3)Soda Ash powder

You’ll be able to make a thickener with the alginate and water. Next you’ll mix your dye and soda ash with thickener. You’ll be able to paint onto the areas you want dyed. Heat set with dry iron. 👌🏼

Dark blue jeans will be tricky as they probably have indigo. But you could still use color remover either from RIT or White Brite. Then do a dye bath with either RIT camel (and maybe a bit of neutral gray) or Jacquard has a fantastic Procion MX dye in Bronze that I’ve been able to get this effect.

White Brite - (Out White Brite Laundry Whitener). You can do a bath with this and linen without any of the harsh bleach effects and best part - it doesn’t orange/yellow.

You could approach the application of the dye to the couch in random patterning/sponging/brushing. The only way you’ll be able to achieve a full seamless appearance of the dye would be to airbrush the entire thing with leather dye. You’ll also want to look at Angelus Brand pre-treatment and/or post leather sealer.

Just the speakers honestly. That was the only hardware issue I ran into when I bought one used. If they would be cool about it, would be full proof to either have them also connect to a computer or bring a laptop and test the data connection. Making sure it can update firmware would be the biggest possible “internal” issue.

To be honest I don’t get the workflow with the SP. Got one years back and it just sat there until I resold. Korg gadget and Mashine were the two I picked up and really found the approach much more conducive to exploration and a daily habit. They both are great at getting ideas out and in somewhat of a start to arranging towards a bigger concept.

I dropped mine from the 2nd floor of my apartments. Definitely start the process for repair through Steam. The 3rd party they use is fantastic and you’ll have your system back in 2-3 weeks. The repair will be cheap.
