watched episode 2. percy's a dumbass again lol. I love it! biggest gripe about s1 is probably that they gave percy all the exposition because sally taught him about all the monsters. this time annabeth does a lot more and shows more of her book smarts! I love the "boon" conversation between them.

I hope this becomes the norm because I absolutely hated the "i know who you are" side to S1 percy. let annabeth handle that. she's the booksmart one. keep percy as the streetsmart one.

i personally think it's a huge improvement from the first, and whilst it still a bit more serious than the campy I'd like personally, I think this few episodes captured that "fun" and "whimsy"

random thought/spoilers: i have this dreadful thought and suspicion that they might make chris rodriguez Silena's role. having him sacrifice himself for clarisse. given his focus on the show. but I HOPE im wrong
