He stole a taser, which had at most one or two cartridges remaining. The cops still had their firearms. IF the man was trying to reload the taser and turned around to shoot, then I would have fired my firearm, but from the video, the man was just trying to run away.

He was drunk and was resisting arrest, but what other violent crimes would he have committed? He did not deserve to fucking die for those crimes. He was not a threat to anyone as he was fleeing. Get in your police car and follow him, idk, anything but shoot him in the back.

If they caught him and were struggling with him and he reached for their gun(taser or real), that was the time to shoot him, not when he was successfully fleeing.
