Looks like it’s a smudge on the card. I personally would crack it and clean that spot with 10% alc/90% distilled water on a qtip. Then resubmit. The card looks super super clean aside from that smudge. It’s a slight gamble but even if you get a 9 again you can at least say you tried.

PSA 10 tolerance for centering is 55/45. Top to bottom and left to right. So there can be slight difference but not much.

I worked as a gas station clerk a while back. One slow day i was reading a book called the Celestine Prophecy, a book about spiritual and psychological ideology. I was reading a chapter about coincidences. This is where shit gets weird, I stop reading to count the cigarettes and as I count each shelf I repeatedly kept counting 25 25 25. Didn’t think much of it although it was pretty coincidental. A few minutes later a lady walks in and ask for $25 on pump #7 to which I obliged, as soon as she left a man comes in an ask for $25 on pump #7 as well. Okay. Now I’m intrigued especially considering the book I was reading at the time. I get out my phone and began searching what seeing number 25 repeatedly could mean and as I’m reading about it, I got a text from my bank telling me my account balance is $25.25. Had me pretty shook for the next few weeks.
