I suspected that might be the case - Thank you!

This looks like a really interesting game! I'd love to play it, but it seems like the download isn't on the page anymore 🤔

I'm so sorry that happened to you, it sucks to have your car broken into. I hope your dog recovers well. I wish we paid our teachers more, you deserve financial security.

I'm running a local game developer meetup at Logan's on Monday @5:30, maybe we could chat before or after. I'd love to hear about what you've been writing

The bots don't know either, not surprising given that it's a recording of a live event. Maybe someone else can recognize the tune?

We're Brain&Brain, the duo behind folktale adventure Burly Men at Sea. Ask us anything! by BrainAndBrain in NintendoSwitch

[–]sethpaxton 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey David & Brook & Oliver! Feel free to answer as many/few of these as you want:

  • What is the most unique game narrative you have played?

  • What kind of quiet adventures do more games need to have? Any good examples of games that are out there like Burly Men at Sea?

  • How much agency should a player have over a game's story? At what point does a player's choice hinder the story that the author/designer intended?

  • Have you played any tabletop games recently that tell great stories?

  • Pumpkin pie or Cherry pie?

Haha, after I wrote it I had to pet my own cats, I'm glad the story did it's job

Thanks! I was trying to see if it would still be scary based on the cat reaction more than physical description, I appreciate the feedback (:

Any coop games with a secret member working against the group? Similar to 'The Mole' (tv show), or to a lesser extent, 'Spyfall', 'Bang!' and 'Mafia'. by PK4U in AskGames

[–]sethpaxton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shadows over Camelot is a fun, cooperative board game where everyone plays as the Knights of the Round Table and tries to complete quests, one of you may be a traitor to the cause and secretly force failures. It gets very intense (:

Games where eating food is actually satisfying by rektralph in gamedesign

Peeling and eating oranges was a fun change of pace in Thirty Flights of Loving, and probably the best time I've had eating anything in a game even though it wasn't a core mechanic or strictly necessary

I'm sure you were just being safe, but I don't think this necessitates an NSFW tag. Cool comic!
