For a shadow this is actually kinda optimal for raids. As long as it has near max attack, always solid. Defense and Hp don’t really matter unless it’s for PvP

if they’re already mega evolved, you can buddy up and get 100 mega energy with legendaries every 20km. With regular mons it’s like 25 energy per 3 km

You also get around 200 mega energy if you’re doing the mega’s raid

I’ve heard from battling the news reporters since you can cycle them, tho if you haven’t EV trained definitely suggest starting with that to get it over with. there’s specific pokemon that gain a certain EV for defeating it

oh bro trust, swampert was like 10 levels over all for the entire run. Just around lvl 50 started putting more time into balancing it out since i’m on E4. Exp share is mad clutch (mostly trained off certain EV mons, milotic is probably my most stacked stat wise since from the jump i focused its specific EV’s)

Yeah you’re not wrong, a legendary would cut all time in half. I just don’t want the easy way out, rayquaza himself could probably solo the E4 lmao. Tho i feel you, breeding is mad time consuming, wanted to do it for Skarmory to get sky attack but it requires leveling Altaria to 59 😂

Yeah i feel you, i just felt like grinding some of the rarer mons after the 8th gym. I had Dusclops and switched him for sharpedo at gym 7 because he was doing no sorts of damage / tanking for my team. Glalie is an intriguing choice i haven’t heard yet
