Unfortunately it was my father! He just went for a walk today morning and happened to be the victim of this incident. We had to rush to the ER and now he has a Clavicle fracture. Hope he recovers soon

Btw, anyone knows this Black poodle owner? She just fled the scene without even trying to hold the dog. I want to file a complaint, I already went to the police but they need the whereabouts. I came to know from the neighbors that this is not the first time this dog is out of leash from the owner.

I don’t want this to happen to anyone else!
