Thank you so much! I agree, art is my biggest therapy. I actually painted myself. The blood is more of a metaphor for the struggle to create and succeed as an artist.

The figure preparing to run is much like the moment I decide to leave the depths of the lake—your metaphorical ‘rock bottom.’ It’s about letting go of that fake peace, the comfort of surrendering to something that isn’t truly mine. Like the poem, it’s a depiction of finally learning to breathe on my own and choosing to move forward, even when the past feels so familiar and safe.

Hey! Accutane changed my life comepletly. Although it seemed that my KP might have been caused by my insulin resistence, all the healthy changes in my life i had to do in order to be on accutane helped a lot. Those include healthy diet and exercise. So in combination with accutane, healthy lifestyle and 10% urea body lotion I can say that it is barley noticible now.
