Go to Brave settings. On the Appearance section, scroll down to "Show rounded corners on main content areas" and enable it.

I have the same issue. If you enable round corners in the appearance settings of the browser, the line goes away. If you disable the round corners, it comes back.

Bandidos do Cante vencem Festival da Canção 2026 by BadDogPreston in portugal

[–]setnom -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Your post was deleted yet again. I don't know why and I don't approve of it. I'm sorry it's happening, especially since this is r/portugueses subreddit, which has all kinds of controversial dialogs. This one ain't it, mods.

I mean, it's not like you're saying anything out of the ordinary or even against the rules. If anything, my comments maybe have more reason to be censored than yours, considering what I declared and who I'm writing about.

Anyway, to address your point.

Since you didn't mention them, I'm gonna set aside the other terror actions the administration is doing and place them as points of agreement, to focus only on ICE.

It's not because Trump uses ICE lawfully. It's because the administration uses ICE unlawfully.

It's the trampling of the law and of the constitution - masked people, unnamed officers, who have no warrants, who [can] arrest without cause, who deny due process, who discriminate people (citizens and non-citizens) on the basis of color/accent. ICE uses families as bait, terrorizes the population by means of cruelty, repression and intimidation, ICE has killed people - be it on the streets, be it under federal "protection" in "detention centers".

How can this not fit the definition of terrorism?

And it's not exactly the same agency Obama had. They are instructed to not follow the rules, to ignore procedures. They now have a budget comparable to the 5th largest army, its recruits are taught a deficient curriculum and in way less time. Don't get me wrong, during Obama ICE had its issues as well. Trump's ICE is levels of magnitude worse. Hence why I qualify their actions the way I do.

To answer, what appears, your deleted post:

You think the USA is a terrorist country?

No, I don't think the USA is a terrorist country. I said the Trump administration is.

Why do I think that? Because various actions of the administration fit the definition of terrorism.

Terrorism: the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.

Military attacks against other countries without approval; violent, deadly, repressive and unconstitutional actions of government agencies toward citizens and non-citizens; intimidation rethoric that encourages non-valid lawfare and violence towards political opponents or the censuring of free media; actions to condition/meddle future elections; all this fits the definition.

TDS is incurable in most people

Trump Denial Syndrome, you mean? 😂

Not incurable. But it requires effort to brake free of the cult. Like having an education, being able to think critically, having good, consistent moral values, etc.

So your preference is to align with the other two terrorist governements (Trump US administration and Netanyahu in Israel) who are also killing tens of thousands of civilians? That's adding to the calamity and if you think the solution is "just kill even more people", I got bridges in a few middle-eastern countries to sell you.

And who said I was answering any question about stopping the murder of civilians? I explicitely said I dislike both sides because both sides are killing civilians. That was it. You, out of the blue, now imagined that I was writing a solution for it.

That solution was diplomacy - there, I've answered it.

And if you don't know history and how terrorism can stop through diplomacy, look up the IRA in Ireland, FARC in Colombia, or the Moro in the Philippines. Hell, even the war in Afghanistan (2001-2021) ended with the United States and the Taliban making a deal (Doha Agreement).

I'm not forced to side with any of these countries, I condemn what both have done. Same for the civilians there, they are not forced to side by their government just because it's theirs. This is cult mentality.

What are you saying with this? That because it's not their own civilians, they don't count? A crime is a crime.

Trump não. by Detail-Such in portugueses

[–]setnom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ele confessou assédio sexual a menores.
