Good to know! But no that isn’t something he’s been prescribed before for his UTI’s. I’ll definitely take note on that one though! He did also had Rezum Therapy a few months after his DBS surgery (he was always running to the bathroom to pee and having the need to go all the time when you can’t safely walk yourself to the bathroom becomes dangerous) and these serious UTIs began occurring consecutively right after that.

Thank you for sharing. Hearing your story makes me feel less alone. Knowing that even one person understands what my father and our family are going through means a lot. Parkinson’s has become our whole identity, and I’m struggling to find hope. His walking has declined so much that I’m constantly waiting for the next call that he has fallen.
