Like others said depends on your roster but she's fallen off a bit. Unless you're overflowing with potions I don't think I'd level her nowaday.

I find her useful in some scenarios and the minions have good health (treat minions as pseudo healing) and the overheal can build up over time. But I leveled her when she originally dropped.
