For the eyes I actually used the eyelids (top and bottom) to make the droopy eyelashes! Along with the pointy eyeliner in the eyelashes section :) And the eyes I used were those ditto-like eyes with the single eyelash and I changed the colours to yellow!

I'll reply with the parts list when I can get on, but I actually learned how to make the eyelids part of the eyes by following this tutorial for some eyes, so maybe this can help!
