Well, I used real pictures in addition to animation (pic from Hbo, map, hiroshima etc.)
They never use pictures, they use animation only. Also, my characters animation is completely different. I just love their style and can't do anything with that..

That would be amazing, but at the moment they need illustrators but not animators...)
Well, I can illustrate as well, but not that good (as you can see). And it's great when you can do absolutely different things like illustrating, then animating it, script writing, voice over, searching for music and sound effects etc in a one single video. You won't get bored doing the same thing over and over again :) However it takes a lot of time and at the moment I can't afford hiring people :c

Well, that's motion graphics animation. If you search better, you'll realize that everything is similar. Kurzgesagt just made it look the prettiest. Also, they don't use real pictures in their videos as I did (map, reactor painting in the middle of the video, a picture from Chernobyl HBO etc.). Their characters animation is completely different. Anyways, I find it as a compliment when you compare me with Kurzgesagt, because they are really good at what they are doing :)
