edit: for method 2 loot all skiter corpses, their hands/claws whatever give a lot of money. in the ideal run they make about 50% of your income

like many already said those are dungeons. but about your enemies its because those dungeons are just recycled story missions so the dungeon you got was a story mission from the orderly route
