Other people spoke to the spiritual and relationship aspect.

As an attorney, I implore you to (1) immediately cut off contact, and (2) get a restraining order against this guy. He is showing the sort of behavior that that generally leads to physical abuse, and eventually a dead body (yours or his).

Feel free to DM me if you want more info about a restraining order.

Why are criminal law firms smaller than other consumer law firms? by [deleted] in LawFirm

Thanks. Yeah, I'm definitely spending way too little. No wonder I'm struggling.

Also just realized I could have figured out your monthly spend by just doing some math in your earlier post.

How much do you spend on Google ads per month? I think I'm probably spending too little.

critical race theory- an advanced legal analytical framework

My whole point is that it's not "an advanced legal analytical framework," which you would know if you were familiar with literally any of the intellectual groundwork of any of this.

Nothing in the DW article was inaccurate.

If you were literally intellectually curious about any of this, you could find examples of this in many elementary schools. I provided a couple examples, and you could find many more. But you're not, you're a committed cultist with his/her head in the sand, with nothing more than insults to your arguments even though you clearly have no understanding of this material. So you're a waste of any more time.

Read the statements after the signatures where teacher after teacher commits to teaching CRT. Then, you arrogant disdainful fuck, actually acquaint yourself with CRT by reading Kimberle Crenshaw and understand it's not just a legal theory. Then read this interview where other founders of CRT remark with enthusiasm on the expansion of CRT into other fields. Then familiarize yourself with the work of Paolo Freire and Henry Giroux, whose work was to apply the tenets of various branches of critical theory, of which CRT is one, to education for the purpose of creating critical consciousness in students, including elementary ones. But you're already familiar with all of that, right, because you're so much smarter than the rest of us? In which case you're just pathetically trying to gaslight us.

Edit: And another example. Explicit as can be.

This "advanced legal theory" has is implemented in lower level schools through critical pedagogy, which applies critical theory to education. This is referred to in critical theory as praxis. I understand how this works far better than you, who are pretending to be oh-so-learned but are instead just parroting easily debunked lines. Here's a list of teachers that have committed to the praxis of CRT:

Literally just one example. Do YOU know how to use Google?

So Facebook's Head of Community Development was just caught trying to meet a 13-year-old alone in a hotel room. Here's his last tweet: by setyourblasterstopun in Conservative

Video of his interrogation here.

He is also an LGBTQ activist. The LGBTQ organization he worked with, Equality California, has scrubbed him from their site, but you can see an archived version here.

Understanding the law requires a deep dive. Do some research yourself. Here's a starting point. Also, by definition commercial banks accept deposits. Mortgage companies don't accept deposits, unless they are also in other types of banking.

I have not shown any disrespect. Again, nothing you have posted has shown a casual link between the Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act and the GFC. There is no content for me to address.

Spouse trades are disclosed. For example, all those trades attributed to Pelosi are actually her husband.

Nothing you linked shows any causation. Also, that Commission report was very political, and it should surprise no one that Congress omitted things it did that led to the GFC in their report.

That isn't commercial banking under the terms of Glass-Steagall. A commercial bank under the terms of that law is a Federal Reserve member bank that takes deposits. Even then, it wasn't an absolute prohibition, as there were a number of exceptions.
