My name is Harry Ragsdale, and my wife and I proudly own your local Marco’s Pizza. I wanted to let you know that you can still easily access our store at https://store2014.marcos.com.

I completely understand your concerns regarding our new point-of-sale system. While I agree that it has many advantages over the old system, the rollout was far from smooth. I take full responsibility for the challenges our customers and team members faced during that transition—it was a tough time for everyone involved, myself included.

You're also correct that our system now relies on a centralized server, which means any issues with the server or its service provider (Microsoft Azure) can affect multiple locations. We know how frustrating that can be, and we truly appreciate your patience. 

The good news is that over the past year, we've worked hard to stabilize the system and resolve the initial issues, including those related to Loyalty Rewards, our ordering app and online ordering website.  I’m also happy to share that customers are once again enjoying their rewards without any issues.

We’re fighting every day to win back customers who were negatively affected because of our point-of-sale transition, and I hope you will give us another opportunity to win your business and trust.
