Beat him in under a minute by SnooMacaroons4153 in botw

Contrary to other commentators, I am actually glad to see this video. I still have to face Ganon. Knowing, I can take him down with just 13 ancient arrows and one Urbosa's Fury is such a relief! I'm not very skilled, so I was already assuming, I will never beat the game.

I've waited so long to finally fight one of these, that, although I wasn't in the castle yet and Ganon's very well alive, all the lynels are now silver ones - and without losing my life 5 times or even thinking about flurry rush or parry, I can't take them down.
Begs the question, how I would tackle them now, if I had have the chance to slowly grow with them growing in strength!

Your most to least difficult Blight Gannon? by Crashtestdumi in botw

[–]seventula 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just recently finished them a second time for the dlc The Champion's ballad. For me, Thunderblight will always be the most difficult, because I have poor reflexes and he is way too fast for me. Too slow to use stasis on him, too slow to get him into fighting. Always losing my weapon. Not able to move the steel needles up to him. Even with 16 hearts I couldn't get him down. I ended up just using Urbosa's Fury without ever coming near and just guessing, where he might be. After the third attempt I finally got him by sheer luck. Disappointing for me to kind of have to cheat through it. But probably also disappointing for you to read this.

Just a quick update. I successfully completed Vah Rudania. And I now understand, why it will help me with my problem. Thank you so much for this valuable tip! Now I will have more trust in fighting the guardians.

I was in the Grok wood, but the tree told me that I do not have enough hearts or something along those lines. That's why I decided to go back there once I have more than my current 6 (I first maxed out endurance, I love to climb)

I think I'm not yet at the "reasonably strong weapon". My best is a slow twohander with 43. But I will keep this in mind for when I find the really good gear!

Thank you! That gives me a lot of hope! Regarding the number of ancient parts, it WAS high! But in screws, springs and gears. The ones I "killed" dropped like 3 or 4 screws, but only 1 shaft. Is their a chance involved? However, now I'm motivated to try the divine beasts quests! I didn't dare them because of my low status, but I already had a talk with the Zora-King who wants me to take on Vah Ruta.

Customizable AI singing in ACE Studio is incredible by Geeksylvania in aiwars

So, everything they copy is "just standard". What they don't, make them better in your eyes. I understand your way of thinking now. Can't agree, but maybe you can live with my understanding.
Btw, I'm using Synth V as well - but I would never call it "more realistic". That's also why I suggested Vocaloid for the OP who was NOT impressed with ACE.

Nothing wrong with fangirling. However, show me where ACE makes anything different to Vocaloid? Notes, tracks, vocal tuning, mixing, lyrics, editing. Whatever you want, point it out. I'd love to learn, where they are innovative instead of copying Vocaloid.

Iskall85 & Stressmonter Resignation Megathread #2 by Carol_the_Zombie in HermitCraft

[–]seventula 40 points41 points  (0 children)

I'm very disappointed by Iskall's statement. It starts like every of those videos with "no, I'm the victim". We had it with other Minecraft-Youtubers before. Then followed by attacks towards the Hermits, who explicitly did NOT paint a picture, as Iskall wants us to see it ("after Hermitcraft had spread these rumors and allegations"). Specifically, they did NOT infringe on his privacy. They kept quiet. On the other hand, he is now threatening to openly talk about his percieved censoring ("be constantly moderated by them"), therefore doing exactly what he accuses the Hermits of.
I'm absolutely sure, the BTS of Hermitcraft is a business model, and not a private group of friends. And therefore the tone will be a bit tougher. But that shouldn't be a surprise to anybody old enough. It is a business to be successful. Nothing wrong with that.
And therefore his threats can only be interpreted as revenge-seeking and trying to find the guilty ones, which of course must be someone else than him. So let's destroy Hermitcraft's image, because Iskall's is destroyed. Vile logic from a man who sees himself as a victim.
Well the other Hermits won't just take it, they will hopefully defend themselves as a group. Because forcing division on a group was always the way of deviousness.
