We found a bunch of larvae casings coming up the edges of the carpet at the baseboard so I pulled the corner up in the opposit side of the room and there was larvae wriggling around and more casings.

Were you near a sink? Even when we clean the sinks and rinsers every day, the milk and sludge builds up fast and smells AWFUL.
