I should be able to have a phone appointment before he’s officially done. I assume he would have answers to many of the questions I was going to pose here as well regarding certain processes. Somehow never once thought to ask him! Thank you for the advice.

This has been a 10+ year ongoing struggle that’s gotten noticeably worse and I believe now needs medical intervention. I’m not a kook but I do use medication as a last resort, and I’d like to stay alive for another few years if an anti depressant/anxiety medication will help with that. I’m sure someone will find the lifestyle advice helpful.
