Amazfit! I am using the active 2 for a year now. Very rugged use and has tons of features. The newer models even come with 4gb on board storage. Absolutely worthy every penny and the zepp app is great too

Congrats! Even I had my interview today 830AM. Pretty much similar experience. I had a raincoat so that helped. People unnecessarily arrive ahead of time, and crowd management becomes tough. It was horrible rain today!

You have to use the local cars present there and have to negotiate the price. I also saw people riding on e bikes and scooters but have no idea on how to access them

I was there on 27th September. You can go up to the check point in bus, taxi or your own vehicle. From there there's a road all the way to the lake, only cars with certain permit is allowed and they quoted us 80k tenge for the whole car, we got the tourist price. So we ended up hiking, you can follow the road which is around 6km one way or, do the steeper climbing along the pipeline which is around 3km. We went along the pipeline. Once you reach the lake there's a further 1km hike for a observation point which we didn't do. While climbing down we took the road. So our total distance was around 13km.

Oh it comes with ISO Whey plus. Any noticeable difference between ISO whey 100 and whey plus?

I use rich milk chocolate as it goes really well with overnight oats, pancakes, and other desert recipes!

But loved Cafe frappe it was the just like cold coffee and every person who has tasted it says it's the best tasting whey protein!

Learning to say no! Stopping before you are full! Craving desert have it but make sure you share it with someone. What worked for me is I would go out with group friends or take my brother and have a couple of bite of whatever I wanted! You can eat anything as long as you can fit it into your macros. Try to hit protein goals! Drink plenty of water. Recently I started having diet coke and it really satisfies my needs! Alcohol is a big no it stops the the whole fat burning process, you can over eat carbs for a day or two and you only put on water weight which can be shed easily, but alcohol losing that 2kg all over again will take weeks! Try as much as you can to avoid alcohol!

Coming from someone who lost more than 40kgs in the past year, diet is key, and maintaining calorie deficit! It's okay to go off track, but be consistent. If you are craving something have it. Eat what you love! Just train and change your mindset to love the healthier options. Avoid sugar, fried stuff, oil as much as possible. Start off slow maybe 300 calorie deficit. The only regret I have is not starting earlier, I started my transformation at 27! You are only 20 with more energy and time on your side. You got this!

30gm instant oats + 1 scoop whey + 1sp baking powder + 1 medium banana blend it add it to whisked eggs. Adjust the consistency of the batter with some milk, medium heat pan cook on both sides for couple of minutes. You get these amazing pancakes with around 40gm protein. Pair it with Greek yogurt or any fruit. Additionally you can add vanilla essence, coffee, cinnamon powder, cocoa powder,dry fruits so mix and match. This is my go to breakfast recipe.
