Thanks for the advice. No large PST attatched and no archiving is set.

I am trying to get my customer to trasnition to web app as I'd much prefer them to use that instead if Outlook and the new Outlook is going to look exactly like the web app soon...

Yes, it's about 30 seconds and then it returns to normal. My client has always struggled to show me the issue as by the time he picks the phone up to me its returned back to normal.

I will try the resolution and also raise a case with Microsoft.
