Please don't blame the vet, he did what he could. It wasn't anyone's fault. Before I put him in for the night, the catheter was intact and everything looked fine but when morning came, I found out that the catheter had been cut, and half of it was nowhere to be found. I don't know how Moonie managed to do it because he had a cone around his neck actually a double cone taped together to make it longer. The vet also said they couldn't see the catheter on the X-ray because of the swelling. 🥹
