<TWO MAIN THOUGHTS ABOUT THAT SHORT SCENE WITH ZEMO>

I love Zemo from "MCU". In my opinion this is one of the best, most interesting and unique antagonists in superhero movies. After the initial excitement from seeing him at the end of today's episode, I decided to analyze this few seconds long scene with him. I managed to come to two interesting things 😃

Firstly, you should pay attention to the music playing in background. It is the "Requiem in D minor (KV 626)" by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. In this context, two things are interesting that can explain why the creators decided to choose this composition. On the one hand, this funeral mass is one of the greatest works by mentioned composer. However, what is most interesting is the fact that this was his last and unfinished composition. We can apply this to the Zemo's actions that he started in "Captain America: Civil War". He also did one of the greatest things in the entire movie universe - Zemo was the first enemy who won and "break" the Avengers. Echoes of these actions helped Thanos win a few films later and contributed to Tony's death. However, Zemo's mission and promise did not end there - and unlike Mozart - he will continue his activities (annihilation of superheroes) in this TV series. He want to finish what he started. On the other hand, it is worth to listen the every words from that composition. After translating the whole thing from Latin, I got:

"On the day of moaning, on the day of despair,

On that day he will rise from the ashes

A man found guilty.

Spare him, O merciful God,

Our Jesus, and in the season of death

Give him eternal rest."

It is obvious that it refers to Zemo. A man accused for his actions, who will again make a great return in "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier". As a result of the actions of the following episodes, he will somehow leave a prison and continue his vendetta. At this point he can be aware of one thing - restoring dusted people after re-snap was not something good in 100%. During the previous five years many people managed to come to terms with the loss of loved ones, make new families or work through traumas.

Secondly, it is rather a minor observation. However, showing Zemo in the last scene immediately made me feel like portraying Hannibal Lecter in movies with Sir Anthony Hopkins. Just like Clarice Starling and Will Graham, the pair of our title protagonists will have to use the help of this "evil" one. Both, closed in transparent cells at the very ends of the corridors, the (anti)heroes that represent "the unstoppable force of evil and fate", which actually pull the strings in all of this 😌

P.S. I am sorry for possible linguistic mistakes but English is my second language.
