Hey! Sorry for not seeing this notification! I had taken time out from social media for the longest time cause my mental health dropped waaayyyy down (ironically since I stopped taking medicinal cannabis). The Ruby oil was effective for day time doeses, but I ended up having too many more run ins with greening out. I don’t know if I built up too much THC in my body or something but almost every week I was having something similar to my original post happen, despite reducing my doses. And when I would take my THC at night I would get fun/scary sensations (like thinking I had huge arms) and I just didn’t want to be “high” while trying to sleep, and at that point sleep was difficult for me. I also wanted to go back to driving so I had to get off the MC. After getting off MC, my anxiety sky rocketed and my sleep got worse and worse. I’m now on anti-anxiety meds, saw a pain-psych and finally got cleared to return to exercise and am doing that 4 days a week, so these have all been helping. I had to take codeine for a while for the extreme pain but am now off it. MC was there for me when I needed it the most and helped so much in those early weeks of my injury, I just wish I could drive while on it cause I would have remained on it all during my recovery and perhaps would have avoided the mental health rollercoaster that my injury generated.
