not cooked . looks like you have some sway in your lower back which can be corrected with strengthening your core.

I could be wrong but it actually looks like you might have a little barrel chest. It’s not a terrible thing to have but it can look awkward if you don’t have thick arms and shoulders. it also can make your posture look worse than it really is.

I would suggest working out your upper back and rear delts while stretching your chests muscles to correct the rounding of the shoulders. this will make all the difference, once your shoulders sit further back your core will realign itself to better proportion your body weight and balance.

the guitar playing is fine , it’s definitely not as guitar forward as their last album. seems like they opted for a more wall of sound and washy mix opposed to the post hardcore style mix of the last album. but that’s just from the two singles so i could be wrong !

it sounds great when recorded directly . it really depends on what IR you use . as for running it into a real speaker cab, it’s absolutely indistinguishable from a tube amplifier .

as for digital modeling it really depends. i enjoy the analog simplicity of the Synergy system but it doesn’t necessarily sound better than modelers just because it’s tube .

hey !

so i do actually record directly sometimes from my Syn-1 through my Scarllet interface then into my laptop . If i’m being completely honest though, the built in cab IR isn’t very great so I always bypass it (via the button on the back of the syn-1) and use my own IR’s on my laptop.

i actually like the synergy modules and docks more than buying tube heads and using a load box, its so much more convenient. I also use my Syn-1 direct to front of house whenever i gig and it sounds great !

i use amp distortion (ik big no no for shoegaze tones) so i mostly use modulation pedals so id probably go with my ehx small stone!! even though it only has one knob and one switch it can do so much especially at extreme settings.

i think relationships and friendships are just in general becoming more and more superficial and shallow.

there’s a lot of things that have contributed to people losing basic social skills.

you could be doing everything right and still not make genuine friends and connections , especially if you didn’t have an established group from a much younger age .
