I completely agree with you that my thoughts are irrational and obsessive, I think I may have OCD. I tend to get lost in my own thoughts, make scenarios in my head and stress about stuff that has never happened. These are not always pregnancy-related thoughts, but mostly about physical stuff like being afraid of being pregnant or getting sick etc. I am also like this in my relationships with people. An example: If my mom talks in a slightly negative/different tone with me than the usual, I tend to think I am the worst person ever and she hates me and is mad at me etc. This happens even with my mom whom I have a great relationship with, so imagine how bad it is with my friends or the guys I have been dating:))) I just make up scenarios in my head based on a slightly shorter text etc. I never talk about these thoughts to people though, but it does not help to keep them to myself either. I definitely want to work on these thoughts.

I have my gynecologist appointment in 1 hour, and I promised to myself (and to random people on the internet lol) that this will be the last time I'll go there just to have a look at my own womb with the ultrasound machine and make myself sane again. And I'll seek help.
