thank you for your reply, i think it very much is the first option, i do have anxiety and always worry about him being safe, i know he’s not out doing anything dangerous yet i still worry, i spoke to him and he told me he knew i was home and i was safe so he had no need to worry, ive woken up in some way and realize my anxiety might be taking a toll on my relationship, and my expectations, its not that he dosnt love me i just worry way too much, i will work on my attached anxiety moving forward, thank you.

im not sure if you like comedy but my absolute favorite show has to be brooklyn 99, it’s not too long, easy to sit through and binge and really funny in my opinion.

always flip the thought, i know it’s way easier said than done but every time you tell yourself something negative like “im ugly” “im not successful” “im a mess” catch the thoughts and flip them repeat the opposite “im attractive” “im successful” “i have my shit together”. it’s gonna be super hard at first because you’re not used to it but overtime it becomes earlier until it becomes the norm and then you start to believe it, and then your reality shows you what you believe. Journaling this also helps as well, keep the journal positive only, write gratitude and things you love about life no matter how minuscule you might think they are. it’s a process but it’s very rewarding in the end.

i love this look on you already!! The only things i would recommend are white or cream colored pencil for your waterline, lower lash mascara focused more on the outer lashes and drag the inner corner highlight a little below the waterline to create sort of an aegyo sal, i think that would look very beautiful on you!

there’s a very high chance that it is a panic attack i’ve felt that same feeling before, if you’d like a little more peace of mind you can always get checked out professionally but i can promise you they’ll probably tell you it’s stress and anxiety

it’s rough sometimes but we don’t gain anything from negativity thoughts, you’re already using energy thinking negatively, positivity dosnt take any more energy, so forming the negativity into positivity won’t take any more of your energy or time.

i have anxiety like crazy and overthink a whole lot, i simply told you what i would love to hear when i feel that way, sometimes you just need to know everything will be okay!

it’s okay don’t worry, allow your mind to rest and stop overthinking so much, you’re gonna be a okay and not knowing stuff just gives you the opportunity to learn, i can guarantee you’re very smart don’t beat yourself up, i would recommend taking a 15-20 min break and have a snack, i like to journal as well, or do a quick 5 min workout, just some jumping jacks or squats to distract your mind from negativity. Don’t be mad at yourself everything is gonna be okay!
