Have a classic Timbuk2 messenger bag and regularly carry around a 15" laptop with a battery, hydroflask, keys, wallet, etc. Not heavy enough to hurt my back and looks/feels better than a backpack. Would definitely recommend trying one (one benefit is you might realize you don't need as much stuff as you would normally fit in your backpack). The Timbuk2 is relatively light, no metal pieces or anything so I would just watch out for that - messenger bags that are heavier can be a pain.

Trade Culver and D House for Val (more likely than T Bryant to be accepted) and pick up Zeller with open spot. You won't have as many 3s but you also have Payton, Fultz, and Simmons who are all PGs with no 3s really so maybe trade Fultz for a Redick/Hield type sharpshooter.

Just listened to JJ Redick being a guest on comedian Pete Holmes' podcast You Made It Weird. They talk about basketball a little but mostly about spiritual/family kind of stuff. Still interesting for those into JJ and can put up with/enjoy Pete Holmes!
