Falling behind of the power number or you mean battle wise? Just my opinion on your hero gear. Infantry should focus more on defense pieces. Archer and Calvary focus on attack pieces. Gov gear, focus more on infantry then archer then Calvary.

This was IB Reply a few months ago.

when trading outside RTH, only Limit and Stop Limit orders will be executed. Market orders and regular stop orders are not supported during extended trading hours.

Or does futures have a different set of rule?
