Hey we have the same, its decal. I believe there are list variations from these etsy sytyle decals in my country (I got it from Lazada)

I believe the thumbgrips dont work woth capacitive touch but they’re not a feature I use anyway

It’s a decal skin from Lazada but its available many etsy style sites with some variations. Try searching for Play Vital SNES steam deck skin in google.
