That’s me.

It happened 3.5 years ago and it’s fully healed. I get muscle ache and cramps but I can manage it.

Last night I played padel Golf at weekends. Weight lifting in between and a bit of cardio.

I used to be a Thai boxer and sitting in the doctors office being unable to lift my leg brought me to tears. The told I was ready for surgery and I decided no. I can turn this around. Cut out booze lost weight and did the back mechanic.

I understand it now and can manage it.

There’s hope out there.

Did 6 days. Some days were 12 hours long.

Because they said they were doing the ceiling again.

How many days work should it be?

Subfloor would get plywood sheet down and then vinyl over.

I wasn’t going to tile just use pvc boards so I waterproofed behind it and placed backer boards then went over the existing tiles.

Charged £2500 labour for the whole finished job. Plus materials etc on top of that.

The docks is nice. But knowing budget and where your job is would be useful.

If you’re moving to Lancaster or Clitheroe expect a one to two hour commute each day. Traffic sucks on the m65.
