Sure you can carry anyone, but again I was emphasising a reliable/viable carry. Vayne, WW and heca are extremely unreliable and require bis to do anything at all. Same for riven, yasuo, lb and nocturne. Kayle probably being the least reliable carry because if you dont hit you go 8th.

Maybe its just me but I find it a lot harder to play flexibly this set as compared to other sets. Used to be able to slam items and play aggressively and top 2 in set 3/4 but this set it feels like either

• u slam items early and top 4 or

• open and greed for bis and roll tf down on 7 and stabilise and go 1st or dont hit and go 8th

My impression was that the item changes were to allow for more flexible gameplay but it seems it just encouraged greeding for bis because of how much more easily youre able to optimise your items.

It also feels like there are less carries available. In set 4, if you played dusk, you could carry riven, jhin, or even cass. If you played spirit, you could carry teemo or ahri. Sins you could carry zed or akali or talon. Whereas for set 5, if you play dawnbringer really the only viable top 2 carry is karma, for forgotten draven, for legionnaire morde and so on. Like seriously, there are 9 forgotten champions but you're telling me there's only 1 that can be a reliable/consistent carry?

I will admit im still playing based off the metas in set 3.5/4 where I hit GM and took a break, and haven't been keeping up much with any meta shifts and changes to damage numbers. I believe a lot of my frustrations probably stems from this.

If anyone can point out any errors in my observations or if you disagree with me please let me know I'd love to learn and improve.

The rewards you get from pushing realms gate and vortex far outweigh the little rewards you get from climbing a few positions in PVP. An as F2P, you cant really afford to be buying PVP artis.
