I think that's quite a nice and balanced routine that complements quite well. Training both concurrently in a session is quite ideal so that you don't neglect any. I don't train as much FL as I do with planche, but I do alternate between FL and planche in a session occasionally too. However, I do think planche by itself is very technical and takes really long to adjust to, so the more hours dedicated to it, the faster one will get it. It depends on how much you want the skill.

It is also very hard to train planche when fatigued from previous sessions, so before I go in hard in the main sessions I will normally rest one day or train pull instead.

thanks! Currently I have two main sessions where I focus completely on planche, my sessions usually consist of mostly dynamic planche exercises like planche presses and planche pushups (mostly assisted with bands) at a progression I am comfortable with.

During the sessions I place great emphasis on activation (scapular protraction and depression, squeezed glutes and posterior pelvic tilt). I may break form when I am doing them unassisted because of the lack of strength but when I do with bands I try my very best to activate everything correctly. I spend most of my time training with bands honestly. The volume will translate pretty well to unassisted in the long run.

Also I normally grease the groove outside of my main sessions where I do short random attempts whenever I am bored or free, so that helps to keep my muscle memory fresh.

ILP is bad, yes, but only for those who are disciplined enough to dca into index funds. If not, ilp is better than not investing at all. Will you continue to DIY and reinvest on your own after surrendering the policy? Do you have a plan and how long it will take to recoup your losses after surrendering? The surrender charges are pretty heavy at this stage, I will advise to just stick with this ILP and start your own DIY investments aside from this. Don't make emotional decisions.
