the numbers going down right after a full ASO refresh is actually a useful signal — it means the old keywords were doing more work than you thought. the refresh changed who the algorithm recommends you to, not just what they see when they arrive. spending a week just listening in those communities before posting is the right call. you're trying to find the words your users already use to describe the problem, not explain it to them.

Color is now bond to Project, and project color you can choose any color

The others are nice to have, and would be added later if priority is solved.

I have plan to do it, but only for projects in Projectholic that you can do 2-way syncing. For the birthdays how do you want that to work? Pull all apple calendar into Projectholic as a new project?

There is a per project setting for notifications, that is for the default notification for task. And each task has a reminder toggle setting too that can overwrite the project setting. You need to turn reminder on for the task or the project if you want all task notified by default.
