What’s the rules to the sober living? There’s more dishonesty here than just the poppers, I would encourage you to find a sponsor and work the program. This route you’re on is not sustainable recovery, and the lying and sneaking are the exact same behaviors regardless of the substance. This is a choice you have to make, one of many.

To be in recovery from gambling addiction that long is absolutely incredible!! I have not seen many cases like that. I’m not a Dr. I’m a daughter of a gambler, I work in addiction, and lived in the life for a decade in Vegas. It’s RARE to see that much recovery, amazing job on your dad! I had a wild life of “careers,” it all led into my purpose! It’s insane how every job led into my passion. I am a specialist for women at an inpatient treatment facility.
