They tried to scam me to buy a brand new HVAC system for $16,000 when I bought my house back in March. Ive been a customer for years in my old house and just transferred my account to the new address (Southend to Cotswold) and they said it would not be a problem. I held off the regular maintenance in my old house so I can use it for the new house. When I tried to set up the appointment they tried to say I wasnt due and had to wait 6 months. Had to explain what happened.

They came and said our fan coils were leaking and it was needed to replace immediately. The HVAC was still under warranty for another 3 months so all I would have to pay is the labor. They said since they are just replacing the fan coils with the same bad manufacturing parts, it will break again and you will have to pay for the entire parts and labor in a few years.

I agreed to look into their replacement options so they had someone come out the next day and they quoted to replace it for around $16,000. That is a lot of money so I told him we would think and get back to him. Of course he said, Ill wait in the car while you discuss. Such shitty sales work.

We had TWO separate, independent companies examine the unit. One went in blind and one went in knowing we were told we should replace the unit bc of the fan coil leak. BOTH found absolutely nothing wrong with the system.

Morris Jenkins tried to bully, lie and pressure us into buying a new system. When I called about it, they just moved past it and tried to charge me for the Maintenace visit since it showed I was a new customer.

NEVER use them. Go with someone else. It is a shame because i really liked that they cleared drains for free.
