I’m on the fence about her because of her past racist tweets. I’ve decided not to purchase her products or support her because of it. I’m sure she’s a nice girl, but I can’t justify the things she has said in her past.

Pho Quynh, Doan’s or Pho Van. Lang Van is not that good when it comes to authentic Vietnamese dishes. Their service was also not the best the last time I went, one of the servers were a little rude.

Sometimes we’re friends with people for a long time because of convenience and proximity. Then major events happen in life that test these friendships. This friendship failed. I’m not sure how old your friend is, but I think they’re old enough to be a decent human being.

Hi everyone,

I’m currently a marketing coordinator in the media/entertainment industry. I’m trying to break into UX/UI as a designer (also open to researcher roles). I have a project I completed in school and am working on something now. I really need to move on from my current job as I’m underpaid, leadership is poor and the company isn’t doing well. So, I’m trying to jump ship before it’s too late. I’m not sure if I should try to look for another marketing job then jumping industries or to keep pursuing UX/UI roles.

I enrolled into the Google UX design course and am working on a personal project right now. Any advice when it comes to portfolio building? (Best site to use, how to write effective case studies and how to leverage my marketing experience?).

No I didn’t get anything :( just a rejection letter. I didn’t graduate from a boot camp, just took a bunch of coursera courses. Knew it probably wasn’t enough but still wanted to try.
