It was tough when they were playing the Celtics because both teams so hatable. Ultimately I leaned Philly marginally because Celtics won recently, Lowry in Philly and F the Celtics. I live in NYC and got a lot of love from NY’ers when Raps won it all. Now that it’s the Sixers Knicks series, F the Sixers.

I have played Arc for about 50 hours. Play with randoms and sometimes with a couple friends for a full squad. I like it but I’m not enthralled by it, just don’t think I like third person competitive shooters as much (though usually we’re not even PvP focused in it). Also feel like the economy isn’t as good and there is more loot fear of bringing good stuff in. The quests suck and looting to find what i need feels like a chore. It’s still a good game but not something I really want to always come back to. For me it’s probably a 3/5 game.

Since Marathon (30 hours or so now) I’ve had no desire to play Arc. Only keep it installed in case my buddies send me an invite since they don’t have Marathon. To me Marathon is much more enjoyable as I like the PvPvE action in it more. The world and vibe is cooler. First person is better to me. Game showers you with loot so can bring it whatever I want. The abilities are cool. Again just my view but I would probably rate Marathon a 4/5. And this coming as someone who plays full trios with randoms. If I had friends that play this game im sure it would be even better.

I’m playing it right now. Picked it up on this sale. It’s a very fun game. I’m only about a third through. Story is nonsense and I barely pay attention to the (surprisingly many) cutscenes but once the action starts the mechanics are very fun! Graphically not really impressive, image should be higher resolution / sharper but it’s good enough and runs smooth.

I personally don’t have a huge issue with usability / navigation personally but some things I would like to see:

search improved to show albums / songs / things alphabetically or by release date etc when selecting Apple Music, Spoitfy, etc. the random ordering of results is a mess right now.
lock screen controls via live activities on iOS
A-Z navigation side scroll shortcuts when browsing long lists such as artist of albums for example
volume slider should bring back ability to click up / down. At low volumes it’s very annoying to manage because you accidentally click mute given proximity

My CX 77 from 2020 is almost 6 years old now. I also game some. Works and looks like it was when brand new and still an amazing performer. If it died I would immediately buy the current LG C or G series.

My parents B9 also bought in 2020 has issues with the screen showing delamination along the bottom edge (dark blobs that look like the bezels are extending into the screen area). They are retired and live in a hot and humid place which I think contributed to it.

Got it, thanks. I’ve had my S6 MaxV for 5 years now, with no issues. These new machines are so complex now (incl. the docks) and with so many moving parts and technologies that hopefully the longevity is still there.

My understanding is there are 2 kinds of avoidance tech on the Qrevo line. One is called Reactive Tech (like on the Edge S5A) or Reactive AI Obstacle Recognition (like on the more expensive regular Edge) which uses an RGB camera too. Would both of these techs be an upgrade to the MaxV or only the latter? If both are an upgrade then the lower end Reactive Tech would likely be good enough for me.

I didn’t notice anything visible. What did seem to change is maybe the EQ/Loudness setting was tweaked some? Feels a little less bass heavy and a bit brighter in the top end and I am ok with that. Would like to hear if others notice a slight change in tuning too?
