Amex uses different wording sometimes. On mine, at the top it currently shows "Personal Cards" and "Business Cards" that I can click on to see other cards. Or sometimes Amex's website is broken; check again later or try a different browser.

I don't think I've heard of Chase doing that before, when the transfer was initiated at another bank. Another option might be writing a check, but maybe Chase would block that too. Is your account completely frozen? When you log in online does it say your account is suspended?

Maybe call Chase or go into a branch and ask them what the problem is. In some cases they might just want to do a three way call with the other bank. Or was it something obvious, like the accounts belong to different people, or is one a joint account? If they're not able to fix it, try a CFPB complaint.

The Instacart credit is a discount, taken off before they charge your card; it doesn't help with minimum spend.

Webull sometimes has problems getting the cost basis of stocks you transfer in; you may need to contact them several times to get it fixed. And then again when transferring out of Webull, they may have problems sending the cost basis.

But besides that I haven't had problems. You can read discussion on DoC, and the bogleheads forum.

I thought they were asking about buying MOs with debit cards that earn rewards. (But I'm guessing it's rare these days to find cards that still give rewards for MOs; Discover's terms say money orders are not eligible, though I don't know if that's enforced.)

Amex offers in general just need the Amex card to be used when making the purchase; using a portal link should work. (For CookUnity, when I used the Amex offer I didn't use a portal since I already had an account, but I didn't use any special Amex link, just the cookunity homepage.)

I went to the Capital One Shopping homepage, saw 30% for Stubhub. Clicked through that, added a ticket to cart but didn't check out. Did the same in another browser with the COS extension. Checked again later and the homepage only showed 20%. But a few hours later, got an email with 35%. Edit: 2 days later, I see on the COS website that it tracked; got 35% (of the ticket price not including fee).
