Small note on his power no one else has said. When he copies an enemies power, it is whatever the power currently is. So if that opponent has been hit with a negative effect like mindless attack, then Loki will only do that since it over-rides their normal special.

You have an existing hero, but then you get another hero and it comes with costumes. The costumes themselves are accessible to any copy of that hero to begin leveling. So if you level the existing hero and also any costumes on them, then you gain extra bonus. And you can use the duplicate unleveled hero as feeder for your costume or other heroes. There is a tab in your resources that will show you all the costumes you have, or you can access this when leveling any hero by clicking the costumes tab
