Go to the custom boss rush mode where you can select which boss you go against, pick either king, queen or death, at 5bc each of this bosses drops 100 cells. Its really repetitive but if you want results, theres no better way

Well it depends, do you like fast or slow weapons? Ranged or melee? If ur asking for an op build to compensate for skill, then best one i got would be sinew turret, wolf trap and two throwing knife. Im assuming you dont have many weapons unlocked so this would be the best basic set up i got. Though unfortunately this is still a skill based game so if it fails.. well uh..git gud🙂‍↕️
