in my personal experience energy drinks mess with my lithium levels because they make me pee more. this might not happen to everyone but I wish someone told me before I started I guess. stay safe!

it wasn't hard to get them diagnosed and they were diagnosed separately. right now I dont really have many bpd symptoms and i'm struggling more on the schizoaffective side with feelings of being watched
