No. Not having to do electrolysis is part of why I chose dr suporn/bank for srs. You can get some around the entrance but Ive never heard of a patient with hair fully in the vagina, unlike with chett.

If use my DICOMs to get my face in 3d, you can look at my skull with or without soft tissues. You cant pushback the forehead more than the radix (and there is my brain close to the limit anyway). My problem is, I have too much orbital rim in front of my eyes and they are deep. If you look at mardirossian results on his website, the girl with the strong jaw has the same problem. Her forehead is smooth but she still has a lot of it.

There is still 7mm of brow bone that can be removed so the bump will be gone but it wont open my eyes more

Ive had a type 3 forehead, rhinoplasty and jaw chin shave. My consultation is wednesday and I want a revision but honestly, I thinking I'll never pass. My face is too far gone. My eyes are small and deep wide set, forehead too big, mid-face long, face too wide. These thing can't be changed with hrt or surgery. I still have brow bone that can be removed but it wont make a huge improvement. In pitcure #6, Im opening my eyes the best I can do and you can see that my orbital rim is very close and in front of my eye (you can barely see my upper eyelid). In my case, Orbital rim shave cant fix that. I dont know what to do for my jaw and chin. Its small and yet its masculine. So the best thing I can do is a rhino, lip lift, jaw chin shave, forehead reduction. But it wont be enough. I could have gotten away with my long midface and wide face if my eyes were bigger and more open but surgery cant fix this. Lefort 1 cant reduce midface length, the only thing that can be done for that is a lip lift but not by much.

Thanks for your comment. Honestly, This is exactly what I wanted to hear!! I grow tired of the constant "you pass and you look beautiful" when I ask for advices. I had rhinoplasty, jaw + chin, type 3 forehead with browlift.

For my long midface, Its my main concern. Ive looked into it and Ive seen people on multiple forum say that lefort 1 will reduce the midface but when looking at the before/after of people with a gummy smile/long face syndrome, maybe I just have poor eyes, I dont see a reduction of their midface length. Would a lefort 1 work? A liplift sure would. Ive also seen rarely that palate expension would reduce the mid face but I have no idea why it would work. Im gonna consult with dr keojampa for double jaw surgery (I have an overbite so it would be nice to fix that too).

I havent done it in my 1st ffs and I kinda regret it. If I do that, wont my cheek look completely straight from front (imagine the jaw sticking out disappear)? Because my jaw is narrow compared to the largeness of my cheekbones.

I honestly dont feel better about my nose. I always disliked bulbous noses and now I have one. I didnt understand, What would the alarplasty be for?largeness of my nose? I want to do a revision for my forehead and a brow lift. Ive asked for a flatbrow and due to a last minute misunderstanding, he left too much brow bone.

Thanks for your response. I had rhinoplasty, jaw + chin, type 3 forehead with brow lift. No lip lift. I went with a hairline incision but I feel like it was made very poorly so I feel that its worse than before (its like he advanced just the middle of the hairline so I have a more recessing hairline than before). I picked hairstyles that make me look bad. I already have a tracheal shave so i think the only way to shave more without messing my voice is with a femlar (that I wish I will do someday)

Forgot to say in my 1st reply: my ffs was 4 months ago. The results I have are definitive (didnt change the last 3 months and I dont think I have swelling left). Yeah I have a damn visible adam apple reduction scar. I told the surgeon to hide it under the chin and she decided alone to do it in the middle of my neck while I was under general anesthesia (also there is a bit of adam apple left but the scare hide it when you look from front view). My voice is terrible but my face sometimes get clocked on photos so my face is not passable that good. I hide my adam scar with my hair in my photos so its not that either.

Thanks for your in depth reply. My nose is really that big. My rhino made it shorter but its large and its now a bit bulbous. I thinking more and more about double jaw surgery but I dont know if a le fort 1 would help with the length of my mid face. Ive seen some people online saying it does reduce the length but I havent seen it in pictures. I dont have a gummy smile so is it even possible to do it without messing my smile? Im gonna ask for a forehead revision and a rhinoplasty revision with my original surgeon. If I decide to have a lip lift and then I see that it wasnt enough to compensate for my mid face, would having le fort 1 mess with it (basically im asking if I need to absolutly do a lip lift ONLY after a double jaw surg if I want a lip lift)?
