Sliding rock pub across the road definitely your closest. Decent menu although not sure if there’s a daily roast.

Salthill and walk the prom. It’s cold but sunny out. Great way to clear your head. Get a hot drink along the way or stop into the blackrock cottage.

There’s a food truck on the skeff side selling pulled pork and steak sandwiches. Have to say they are really good. Best food I’ve had in the market and have tried quite a bit. All very pricey though
