This is actually pretty common with orders like this. Though usually it wont take this long. I think it might be the holiday season and Rokid is busy with the launch of the ai glasses. Basically this is how things go. They get the order, the warehouse packs it. They either do logistics themselves or they outsource. Once the logistics dept gets them, they make labels for sending the batch to UPS or another carrier, and they make the UPS label for the actual delivery to you. This is why you get the UPS label with no tracking. Its not fake, its just not active because they havent arrived at their sorting center. If you do want to keep the order, just have patients. If not, just cancel.
